I’ll be your “write” hand.

Focusing on the right fit is the fastest way to get the attention (and business) of distracted consumers in a crowded marketplace.

Potential customers can’t hear and distinguish your brand voice when it sounds like everyone else’s.

We both know there isn’t anyone in the world just like you; the same goes for your business.

But, do potential clients appreciate what you have to offer? Have you ever been honest with them (and yourself?) about what that even is? Do they know, like, and trust you—the real you?

It can be really hard—impossible, even—to make someone care enough about something to take action.

But when you make a deep and authentic connection it creates a spark that isn’t easily extinguished, fueling a passion and dedication that transcends convenience, price, and perfection.

When your sales copy starts working harder to attract the right clients, everything else in your business gets easier.

Key Messaging Guide

If you’re unclear about the importance of “speaking the language,” try asking to use the bathroom in a foreign country or navigating conversation with a teenager.

You could use a Key Messaging Guide if:

  • You haven’t conducted client research.

  • You suspect (or know) that potential clients don’t understand the breadth of what you have to offer.

  • Your business has evolved but your messaging hasn’t.

  • You are changing your offer(s), target audience, and/or niche.

  • You struggle with self-promotion.

  • You prefer to write your own copy, and want the process to be easier.

How does a Key Messaging Guide work?

  1. We’ll have a discovery call to ensure we’re a “write” fit.

  2. You’ll tell me about your brand, business, offers, and ideal client via questionnaire.

  3. We’ll have a strategy session to review your answers.

  4. I’ll interview a handful of your chosen clients to validate your value proposition (client research).

  5. I’ll review any additional research documentation you provide.

  6. I’ll compile the key messaging elements into an editable document you’ll be able to revise and maintain.

  7. We’ll have a hand-off meeting to review findings.

  8. You’ll use the Guide for your marketing, and maintain updates.

What You’ll Get

Specific themes, language, and phrases your ideal client uses to describe their biggest problems, ideal solutions, desired outcomes, and overall point-of-view—plus, a one-hour (60-minute) strategy session and a one-hour (60-minute) hand-off meeting.

Investment

$1,499 (which can be applied toward future Done For You Copywriting projects)—plus, your time to complete my questionnaire and to participate in meetings.

Timeline

Two to four weeks, schedules permitting.
